OFFICIAL: Devils’ John Marino Returns to Lineup Against Senators

It is official. New Jersey Devils defenseman John Marino will return to the lineup on Saturday night against the Ottawa Senators.

The 26-year-old has missed four of the last five games with an upper-body injury.

“I’ve been in and out with injuries lately,” Marino said after the morning skate. “The guys have been playing really well lately. If I play tonight, hopefully, I can contribute where I can.”

Marino has appeared in 65 games this season and has 23 points (four goals, 19 assists). The North Easton, Massachusetts native is three points shy of matching his career-high 26 points.
