NEW DELHI: The Election Commission (EC) will announce the poll schedule for five states – Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Telangana, Chhattisgarh and Mizoram at noon today.

The terms of the legislative assemblies of Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Telangana and will end on January 3, 14 and 16 next year.
While the tenure of the Madhya Pradesh legislative assembly is scheduled to end on January 6, 2024, the term of the Mizoram assembly ends on December 17.
