Supreme Court rules presidents have immunity for official acts in major Trump victory

In a landmark decision, the Supreme Court ruled in former President Donald Trump’s favor Monday, saying in a 6-3 opinion that presidents have immunity for what they do in office, as long as it’s an official act.
