On Monday, the Supreme Court announced it will take up whether states can ban gender-affirming health care for minors in what will be a major case next term. It involves a Tennessee law enacted last year that bans sex transition surgeries, puberty blockers and hormone treatments for people under 18. The Biden administration argues the state law is unconstitutional.
