Deadly floods swallow Midwest communities

Spencer, Iowa, residents are worrying about clean-up costs after the Little Sioux River crested to record heights, flooding their community. Meanwhile, heavy rain prompted evacuations in parts of South Dakota, Minnesota and Iowa. CBS News Minnesota’s Jonah Kaplan has more.
